Content Strategy

The key to content that works

End of the day, great content gets watched and read for three primary reasons. First, it just plain good. It is authentic, and people can’t help but look at it. Second, great content for your brand feels unmistakably like your brand. At a glance, people know it is yours. Last, great content is a superhero that magically shows up in the nick of time, then jets away leaving you wanting more.
The right writers and producers possess exceptional writing skills. They understand the power of a good story, and they have an ability to create engaging, high-quality content. Ask Merton Way for a look inside our portfolio of blogs, white papers, and social media. We grab the audience, and we do it consistently.
Great content creators know the audience. They create content that addresses your customers’ pain points, interests, and preferences. Merton Way drives engagement and builds trust with your audience because we spend time studying them, talking to them, and staying curious along the way.
Merton Way is no stranger to the many formats and channels you may need to be hitting. Blogs, social media, email, video, and whitepapers come to mind. But podcasting and webinars may be in order, too. Our ability to adapt content to different platforms ensures your messaging is consistent and impactful.
Collaborating effectively and understanding your business needs is the first step. Being responsive, open to feedback, and proactive in discussing ideas and revisions is step two. Lastly, this is a long game, not a flash in the pan. You need a content partner that continually adds value because they know you and your customer.

How many of us learned a little piano or a little guitar once upon a time? So, if that's you, you'll understand the vision of iVideosongs. They had hundreds of videos on YouTube showing people how to play scales, modes, chords, and whole songs. In fact, they had actual rock stars demonstrating how to play, including Alex Lifeson and Giles Martin. So, how could Merton Way help scale the business and help more of us pick up that old Gibson?

NetLevel was a San Francisco start-up by former Cisco executives. It introduced the first out-of-home entertainment network to enables the secure delivery of movies, live events, eSports, and virtual reality experiences in theater auditoriums. The technology was a "monster in a box," enabling theater owners to plug in and host special events, like 100 gamers in a theater watching themselves play on devices and the big screen. Alas, timing is everything, and Covid soured the launch. But NetLevel was a disruptive, timely technology that solved a major problem for theater owners.
